Manifest: Rooted in Calm

One of the steps in manifesting is aligning my behavior.
So, as an exercise, I’ve listed five behaviors that my future self would live by—behaviors I’m working on today to become the person I want to be.

  1. Staying calm – speaking slowly and softly in my words, my actions, and my decisions. I want to move through life with a peaceful, enjoyable slowness in everything I do—while still carrying my energetic and positive vibes, just in a more mindful and feminine version.
  2. Staying authentic – living without worrying about other people’s judgments, while still being open to constructive feedback from close friends or when I actively ask for it.
  3. Maintaining a calm and soft voice – not showing a hot temper, not transferring my negative emotions to others. Staying empathetic and compassionate toward those around me.
  4. Not making decisions that hurt others – being intentional not to negatively impact someone’s life or emotions, whether consciously or unconsciously (unless it’s to protect someone I love, my family, or myself).
  5. Loving someone unconditionally again – giving love to someone who truly deserves it, and who loves me in the same way. A peaceful and mindful relationship.

I deeply love the quiet and peaceful mind I have each morning—spending time reading my books.
I also treasure my morning and night moments with my son—when we play puzzles or do quizzes together.
